Legislation to Create the College

IPIC’s Self-governance Committee and IPIC Council have been working with a legislative drafter to prepare a draft of the legislation to create the College. This draft legislation will be subject to review and changes by Government officials.

IPIC members were invited in September 2005 to provide comments on seven documents. These comments were used in finalizing the proposal. Below are the documents as presented in September 2005.
