Accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for 5.5 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.

Qualifications

Candidates for these Tutorials should be planning to sit for the Trade-mark Agent Examination in October 2009. However, requests to attend the Tutorials by persons not sitting the Examination will be accepted if class space permits.

Exercises - beginning in August

The Tutorial exercises will be distributed to candidates after the registration deadline of July 24, 2009. All
candidates will be required to submit written answers to the exercises by August 28, 2009. In the absence of a written submission, attendance at the Tutorials will be at the tutors’ discretion. The review of answers received after the due date will also be at the tutors’ discretion.

Schedule

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Location

The Tutorial session will be held in Ottawa. The location will be confirmed shortly.

Cancellation Policy

A refund is available up to and including July 24, 2009 less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued after July 24, 2009, but substitutions will be considered.
