REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 16, 2010

I found the 2009 Tutorials to be extremely useful preparation for the 2009 exam.  The tutorial questions covered a broad range of exam topics and the tutors provided invaluable comments and advice.

Qualifications

Candidates for these Tutorials should be planning to sit for the Trade-mark Agent Examination in October 2010. However, requests to attend the Tutorials by persons not sitting the Examination will be accepted if class space permits.

Exercises - August 2010

The Tutorial exercises will be distributed to candidates after the registration deadline of July 16, 2010. All
candidates will be required to submit written answers to the exercises by August 20, 2010. In the absence of a written submission, attendance at the Tutorials will be at the tutors’ discretion. The review of answers received after the due date will also be at the tutors’ discretion.

Accreditation

This course is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia for 6 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.

This course is accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for 5.5 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.

Accreditation is pending with the Barreau du Québec.

Cancellation Policy

A refund is available up to and including July 16, 2010 less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued after July 16, 2010, but substitutions will be considered.
