Objectives

This Patent Agent Training Course is an advanced, practical program primarily intended to enhance the patent agent trainee’s skills relevant to drafting and prosecution and to increase their chances of success in the Patent Agent Qualifying Examination.

Accreditation

This course is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia for 69.5 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.

This program has been accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for 13 hours towards the
professional development requirement for certification.

This program has been accredited by the Barreau du Québec for 19.5 hours towards the
professional development requirement for certification.

This program has been accredited by the Law Society of Saskatchewan for 19.5 hours towards the
professional development requirement for certification.
