Qualifications
Candidates for these Tutorials should be planning to sit for the Trade-mark Agent
Examination in October 2011. However, requests to attend
the Tutorials by persons not sitting the Examination will
be accepted if class space permits.
Exercises - August 2011
The Tutorial exercises will be distributed to candidates
after the registration deadline of July 8, 2011. All
candidates will be required to submit written answers to
the exercises by August 10, 2011. In the absence of a
written submission, attendance at the Tutorials will be
at the tutors’ discretion. The review of answers received
after the due date will also be at the tutors’ discretion.

Accreditation
Law Society of Upper Canada
Participation in the Tutorials can be applied towards the annual substantive hours requirement for ongoing members for a total of 6 hours. Please note that the Tutorials are not accredited for the New Member Requirement.
Law Society of British Columbia
The Tutorials are approved for
6 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.
Law Society of Saskatchewan
The Tutorials are approved for
6 hours towards the professional development requirement for certification.
Barreau du Québec

Cancellation
Policy
A refund is available up to and
including July 8, 2011 less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued after July 8, 2011, but substitutions will be considered.
