Learning objectives

This Patent Agent Training Course is an advanced, practical program primarily intended to enhance the patent agent trainee’s skills relevant to drafting and prosecution and to increase their chances of success in the Patent Agent Qualifying Examination.

Participation in the initial session an be applied towards the annual substantive CPD hours requirement for ongoing members. Please note that the PATC is not accredited for the New Member Requirement.

An application for accreditation will be submitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan upon request by participants.
