New Patent Rules in effect since June 2, 2007
As IPIC members put in practice the new Rules, some questions
were raised. The IPIC members of the Patent Joint Liaison Committee
and of the Sole and Small Practice Committee gathered these
questions in preparation for a discussion in July between representatives
of IPIC and of CIPO. From this discussion, IPIC prepared the
following information for its members.
