IP Roundtables

(Friday, October 12, 12:30 – 13:30) / (CPD: 60 minutes)

Please indicate IP Roundtable topics you wish to participate in. As seating is limited, please indicate two choices in order of preference. Seats will be assigned on a first-come basis and will be confirmed on site. Pre-registration is required.

Lunch will be available for delegates who do not participate in an IP Roundtable.

Registration fees must be paid by September 28, 2018. Payment must be made in Canadian dollars.

Photo Consent

Photographs will be taken at IPIC's 92nd Annual Conference. These photographs may be used in printed or electronic promotional material (i.e. IPIC website, IP Newsbreak, brochures, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $50 (plus GST) will apply to cancellations received in writing on or before September 10, 2018. Refunds will not be issued after this date but substitutions will be permitted.
