Witmart Inc. is seeking a Certified Canadian Trademark Agent with a minimum of two years’ experience, based in Toronto, ON. As a Canadian Trademark Agent at Witmart, you will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment to make trademarking services available and affordable to businesses at all development stages. You will be the trademark expert and the go-to person for all trademark related matters. You’ll also be part of a smart and highly ambitious team that embraces changes and challenges to constantly improve trademark processes and services.
The key responsibilities of the Canadian Trademark Agent include, but are not limited to: reviewing and managing trademark searches, filing, responding to office actions, and responding to trademark oppositions. In this role, you will use your professional knowledge of trademark law to provide professional advice, and identify/evaluate potential risks for all Witmart's clients.
