The webinar will address the recent proposed amendments to the Patent Act and Trade-marks Act creating a statutory privilege for communications between IP owners and their patent and trademark agents.  The speakers will discuss the implications that the provisions will have both domestically and internationally, and the practical considerations for agents to obtain and maintain the privilege for their clients.
