This webinar will consider the current state of the law on double patenting in Canada, including, unresolved questions about the doctrine and how Canada compares to other key jurisdictions. The webinar will also consider how double patenting considerations can influence patent prosecution strategy and how double patenting objections can be addressed when raised by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
