For many international corporations, China is an important market and proper protection of IP assets can be vital for overall success in that region. This webinar will explore obtaining, managing and enforcing IP rights in China. It will focus on the differences and similarities of patent rights in China and Canada and will provide specific guidance and practice tips for obtaining patent protection in China. The speakers will provide valuable insight on strategies for how foreign companies can manage and enforce their Chinese IP assets.
