Searches and Filing a Trademark Application is the second course in a 4-course certification program leading to the designation of Certified Canadian Trademark Administrator.
What is a Trademark Administrator?
A trademark administrator primarily assists a trademark agent or lawyer practicing in the field of trademark law. Duties cover a wide range of tasks related to the administration of trademarks such as conducting trademark searches, filing trademark applications, paying government fees, docketing deadlines, corresponding with the Trade-marks Office, drafting letters to clients, assisting with the administration of contentious proceedings.
Course 2: Learning objectives

Applying the foundational knowledge acquired in Course 1, you will learn the steps required for a paraprofessional to file a trademark application.
