IP mediation is increasingly becoming an attractive and effective option for clients. This webinar will canvass the “do’s and don’ts” of IP mediation to help counsel navigate through the mediation process in IP disputes including:

  • the pros and cons of mediating IP disputes
  • how to determine whether or not mediation is appropriate
  • how to present the option of IP mediation to clients
  • what to do before, during and after an IP mediation
