The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is the largest trade agreement in recent memory, modernizing relations with Canada’s NAFTA partners and substantially expanding our trade relationships with other countries. The TPP has an ambitious Intellectual Property chapter which creates new multilateral standards for IP protection and expands Canada’s IP obligations. This webinar will provide information about the most significant anticipated aspects of the TPP IP chapter, including discussion of their impact in Canada and abroad.
