There has historically been an under-representation of women in intellectual property, however does this continue to be an issue today? A panel of leading women in intellectual property, including a former Judge of the Federal Court, an in-house attorney and a litigator in private practice, will explore this question and detail their experiences. They will also share tips and strategies to help women IP lawyers and agents in the courtroom, in the boardroom, and in achieving their career goals.
